#BVL059: There and Back Again
Last week in BVL058, we argued that Bitcoin was stuck in second gear, unable to find the traction needed for its next move.
One week later, Bitcoin has gone... there and back again.
Bitcoin continues drifting sideways, repeatedly testing the edges of its range, only to return to the same spot. Every breakout attempt fades, every pullback finds buyers, and the market ends up almost exactly where it started.
As the range tightens and compression builds, energy continues accumulating beneath the surface. The longer Bitcoin remains trapped inside this balance between buyers and sellers, the more significant the eventual move is likely to become.
Bitcoin is approaching the point where standing still may no longer be an option. The question is no longer whether the market will break out of this stalemate.
It is which direction the next expansion will choose.
